| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 3, "Approved Assayers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract, Supplement No. 4, "Approved Assayers for Silver" of the Silver Futures Contract and Supplement No. 4, "Approved Assayers for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendments add SGS Lakefield Research Limited, Lakefield, Ontario, Canada as an Approved Assayer for the Exchange's Gold, Silver and Copper Futures Contracts.
The approved amendments are effective Thursday, December 1, 2005. |
