| NYMEX ClearPort® Trading- FIX Messaging Policies |

| NYMEX miNY™ futures contracts will begin trading Sunday, November 20, 2005 at 7:00PM (EST) for trade date Monday, November 21, 2005 via the NYMEX ClearPort® Trading front-end graphical user interface (GUI) provided by the Exchange or via a FIX connection to the NYMEX ClearPort® Trading system.
For those trading via the FIX protocol, NYMEX is implementing the attached FIX Messaging Policies to either NYMEX ACCESS® or NYMEX ClearPort® Trading. A copy of the messaging policies can also be obtainable by clicking here.
