| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract to be implemented effective Monday, November 14, 2005.
