NYMEX Board Votes to Install Surveillance Cameras on Trading Floor
At its meeting on November 2, 2005, the Board of Directors of NYMEX Holdings, Inc. approved the installation of surveillance cameras, as well as policies for their use, on the trading floors of both its NYMEX and COMEX Divisions. Details of the policies and procedures concerning use of video surveillance on the trading floors will be relayed to the Membership at a meeting to be conducted by the Compliance Department. The scheduling of this meeting will be announced in a subsequent Notice. Implementation of video surveillance is expected during the first quarter of 2006.
