Hayes Dockside, Inc. Copper Warehouses — New Orleans, LA
Hayes Dockside, Inc. operates Exchange Licensed Warehouses for the storage of copper deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract at 7200 North Peters Road, Arabi, LA and 6025 River Road, Marrero, LA. Due to the physical damage to these facilities as a result of Hurricane Katrina these warehouse facilities are unable to accept copper cathodes to be placed on warrant for delivery against the Exchange’s Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. There is no warranted copper in storage at either of these facilities. The Exchange Membership will be informed when these facilities are able to resume receipt of copper cathodes deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.
