| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands" of the Gold Futures Contract and Silver Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the production status of the JOHNSON MATTHEY LONDON gold and silver brands to no longer produced. They will be marked with an asterisk (*) in Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands" of the Gold Futures Contract and Silver Futures Contract indicating that this brand is no longer produced. This brand will continue to remain acceptable for delivery against the Gold and Silver Futures Contracts since there are gold and silver bars bearing this brand in Exchange Licensed Depositories.
