| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of SGS Commercial Testing & Engineering Co., an Exchange Licensed Weighmaster for Copper, to SGS North America Inc., Mineral Services Division. The address and telephone number remain unchanged.
