Southwest Commodity Warehouses — San Manuel, Arizona Warehouse
Southwest Commodity Warehouses, Inc. ("SCW") operates an Exchange Licensed Warehouse located at 1 Jacobus Road, San Manuel, Arizona for the storage of copper deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. Effective immediately, this warehouse facility will no longer accept copper cathodes to be placed on warrant for delivery against the Exchange's Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. This facility will remain a delivery point for the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract until June 16, 2006 at which time it will be delisted pending approval of the Exchange Board of Directors and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Any copper cathodes remaining in the San Manuel, Arizona warehouse as of June 16, 2006 will be relocated at SCW's expense to SCW's Exchange Licensed Warehouse facilities in Tucson, Arizona. All warrants issued by SCW for copper stored in the San Manuel, Arizona Licensed Warehouse for Copper will remain acceptable for delivery against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. SCW continues to operate Exchange Licensed Warehouses for Copper at 4619 North Highway Drive and 1702 S. Euclid, Tucson Arizona.
