| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment delists the warehouse facility operated by William B. Meyer Inc located at Long Beach Boulevard, Stratford, CT as a Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper. There are no copper cathodes stored in this facility.
