| Natural Gas Option Short Option Minimum Margin |

| Please be reminded that the short option minimum margin on floor traded (ON) and ClearPortsm Cleared (LN) Natural Gas Options will increase as of the close of business Friday, April 1, 2005. Effective Close of Business April 1, 2005 the Short Option Minimum will increase by $5 to $15. A second increase of $10 will be implemented effective Monday, May 2, 2005 to $25. Currently, the short option minimum is $10. |
