| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands" of the Silver Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the production status of the "KUE" silver brand produced by Kennecott to no longer produced. Therefore, the brand will be marked with an asterisk (*) in Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands" of the Silver Futures Contract. The "KUE" silver brand will continue to remain acceptable for delivery against the Silver Futures Contract since there are silver bars bearing this brand in Exchange Licensed Depositories.
