Copper Warehouse
The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment delists the warehouse facility operated by Madison Warehouse Corporation ("Madison") located at 4600 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis, MO as a Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper. There are no copper cathodes stored in this facility. Madison continues to operate an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Copper located at 7330 Carbide Road, Baltimore, MD. The approved amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract is effective Thursday, January 6, 2005.
