Exchange Early Closing Schedule for December 23, 2005 and December 30, 2005
Please be advised that the Exchange will close markets earlier on Friday, December 23 and Friday, December 30, 2005, the business days preceding Christmas Eve and New Years Eve respectively. The following early contract closing schedule will be implemented:

The NYMEX Division Trade Processing Area will close at 3:00 PM, the allocation system within TMS will be available until 5:15 PM. The COMEX Division OLTE System will be available for corrections until 2:30 PM. In the event that you require additional time to process work, or have questions regarding early close procedures, please call the floor operations department.

Note:
All NYMEX miNY™ futures contracts open and close simultaneously with their corresponding big contract.
All NYMEX ClearPort® Trading contracts will close at 1:00 PM.
All NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing contracts will close at 4:30 PM.
All COMEX Division futures contracts and Gold options contracts on NYMEX ACCESS® will be available for trading from 12:45 PM - 4:30 PM for Tuesday, December 27th and January 3rd trade dates, respectively.
All NYMEX Division contracts on NYMEX ACCESS® will close at their normal time.
