Proposed Amendment to COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2 and COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3
The Exchange proposes to amend COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" which adds the Panama City Port Authority located at 5321 West Highway 98, Panama City, Florida as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract and COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3, "Licensed Weighmasters for Copper" which adds Panama City Port Authority as a Licensed Weighmaster for Copper. The proposed amendments (seen here) must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective. The Exchange Membership will be notified upon receipt of CFTC approval and the effective date of the amendments.
