Cottonwood Distribution Services, Inc. Aluminum Warehouse
Cottonwood Distribution Services, Inc., a New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. ("Exchange") Licensed Warehouse for the storage and handling of aluminum deliverable against the Exchange's Aluminum Futures Contract, has submitted to the Exchange the following charges for the handling and storage of aluminum at its facilities in Memphis, Tennessee. These charges will become effective on December 1, 2005 and are the maximum amount of fees that will be charged.

The Street Invoices prepared by the Exchange's Clearing Department, based on the information provided by the Clearing Member, should not call for the reimbursement of the handling out charges for aluminum at any of the Exchange Licensed Warehouses for aluminum. The handling out charges have not been prepaid to the warehouse by the seller. The handling out charges are payable directly to the warehouse by the market participant at the time the aluminum is removed from the warehouse facility.
