| Please be advised that NYMEX has updated its system documentation (EULA) and on-line registration process for NYMEX ClearPort® Trading in connection with the imminent migration of the NYMEX energy miNYsm futures contract. The new registration process and documentation can now be found on the NYMEX website www.nymex.com. Click on Markets, NYMEX ClearPort®, Getting Started to begin the process.
