| Effective June 30, 2005, the insurance rate for copper on warrant and aluminum on warrant in Exchange Licensed Warehouses is US $0.018 per US $100 of value at risk. Acts of Terrorism are excluded from coverage under this policy. Available is a term sheet, which outlines the salient portions of this policy. |
