| Advance Notice of Expiration of Specialist Market Maker Program in Aluminum |

| Please be advised that the present specialist market maker (SMM) program in the Aluminum Futures Contract (Aluminum) will be expiring next month and thus will not be available as of May 22, 2005. Commencing on that date, Aluminum will continue to be listed for trading during regular trading hours from 7:50 AM to 1:15 PM but will trade without the services of a SMM.
