All Floor Brokers and Local Representatives MUST sign in and have all information necessary to resolve breaks. Additionally, the representative(s) MUST have contact information for their employer/member.

Clearing Members: MUST have representatives available via phone and e-mail at their offices

** Failure to have proper representation will result in a $2,500 fine. **

If you are trying to locate someone at NYMEX or at another firm and are not successful in contacting them, please e-mail nymexcorrections@nymex.com and provide YOUR contact information, i.e., name, e-mail address or a telephone number where you can be reached, and the name of the person or firm you are trying to locate. We will attempt to get in touch with the person you requested, and advise them to call you using the contact information you provided.
