| REMINDER - Equity Owner Rates on both the NYMEX and COMEX Divisions |

In response to a recent inquiry regarding equity owner (i.e., owners who have leased out their last or sole membership) rates when trading on the NYMEX and COMEX Divisions, the following shall apply:
All trades done in RTH, NYMEX ACCESS®, and NYMEX ClearPortsm venues shall be charged the prevailing non-member rate of the applicable Division. |
