| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of Locust Industries Inc., an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Copper in Baltimore, MD, to Locust Industries Limited. The warehouse location and computer code remain unchanged.
