| Change of hours for TAS trading in Gasoline |

| The Board of Directors of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., has approved a change in TAS trading in gasoline hours. Beginning February 6, 2004, TAS trading in gasoline will be extended until 2:30 PM.
The Heating Oil ring will continue to halt TAS trading at 1:30 PM. |
