| Clearing Member Firms - Responsibilities for Updating Trader Information |

| The New York Mercantile Exchange ("NYMEX" or "Exchange") is in the process of insuring that only active accounts are configured in all trading systems. All NYMEX Clearing member firms must respond to Exchange requests for updated user account information within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice. If a response is not received, accounts inactive for 30 days will be disabled. In addition, accounts inactive for 180 days from the date of the notice will be deleted from the system.
The NYMEX systems to which the notice applies are NYMEX ClearPortsm Clearing, NYMEX ClearPortsm Trading, NYMEX ACCESS®, TMS, C21® and OLTE. Requests for this information will only come from the Exchange's Customer Service Department. If you feel you have received an unauthorized request for information, then please immediately contact the NYMEX Customer Service Center at 1-800-438-8616 |
