NYMEX Europe Professional Membership Category Application
As previously stated in NYMEX Notice to Members #442, NYMEX has approved a new NYMEX Division Rule 2.75 - NYMEX Europe Professional Membership Category. The form to apply for this category of membership may be obtained by clicking here. Please note that entities wishing to apply for this status must meet the eligibility requirements as described in Rule 2.75, must supply documentation to evidence satisfaction of such requirements and must be sponsored by a current NYMEX Member (or NYMEX Europe Permittee).

Completed applications should be submitted to:

As a means of facilitating submission of the application at this time, the Exchange will accept these applications via fax or e-mail with the understanding that the original documents will be provided to the Exchange forthwith. Accordingly, applications may faxed to 212-301-4613 Attn: M. Dawn Lowe - V. P., Membership or e-mailed to dlowe@nymex.com.

Approved NYMEX Europe Professional Members will be added to the Registered Firms / Members page located within the Brent Crude Oil section of the Exchange's website as applications are processed.
