Brent trading in Dublin: Irish Regulatory Information
The Exchange has received a number of questions about the Irish regulatory implications of trading Brent Crude Oil Futures in Dublin. The Exchange has been working with external counsel and staff of the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA) to confirm the status of NYMEX clearing brokers, other FCMs, floor brokers and locals (and their affiliates) in respect of trading in the Exchange's Brent Crude Oil Futures contract on the floor in Dublin.
