Approved Amendment to Aluminum Futures Contract Supplement No. 2 "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters."
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2 "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" of the Aluminum Futures Contract by adding Cottonwood Distribution Services, Inc., 185 W. Industrial Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee as a Licensed Warehouse and Weighmaster for the storage of aluminum. The approved amendment is effective Friday, October 1, 2004. Beginning Friday, October 1, 2004 the Exchange will include in the Daily Aluminum Stock Report the aluminum inventory at Cottonwood Distribution Services, Inc. As of Monday, September 27, 2004, there is no aluminum at this facility, which meets the specifications of the Aluminum Futures Contract. Attached are the handling and storage charges for aluminum at this facility. A copy of the approved amendment can be found here.
