Video Shoot for Both Trading Floors on July 22, 2004
Please be aware that a video shoot has been scheduled for both trading floors on Thursday, July 22, as part of the production of a new corporate video for the Exchange. Every effort has been made to schedule these shoots so that disruption is kept to a minimum. No lights will be used and a corporate communications staff member will be with the camera people at all times. You are encouraged to notify that person immediately of any concerns. In order to present the Exchange and open outcry trading in the best possible light, we are requesting that all members and their floor personnel wear ties on this one day. In addition to videotaping during regular market hours, volunteers are being sought for close-up shots which will be staged at 3:00 pm on July 22 on the NYMEX Division floor. Anyone interested should send their contact information to exchangeinfo@nymex.com. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience. We also appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you on July 22.
