Through Agreement with Tokyo Commodity Exchange New York Mercantile Exchange to Start Offering Trading in Japan
The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., and the Tokyo Commodity Exchange announced today that energy and metals futures contracts will become available for NYMEX ACCESS®, internet-based trading in Japan on July 20.

Products available will include crude oil, heating oil, natural gas, gasoline, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, platinum, and palladium futures via the NYMEX ACCESS® electronic trading system. Energy products will be available from 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. on Mondays and 4:15 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. on Tuesdays through Fridays, Tokyo time. Gold, silver, copper, platinum, and palladium futures will trade from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Mondays and 3:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Tuesdays through Fridays; and aluminum futures from 8:00 A.M. to 8:40 P.M. on Mondays and 4:15 P.M. to 8:40 P.M. on Tuesdays through Fridays.
