| Owensboro Riverport Authority - Aluminum Warehouse |

| Owensboro Riverport Authority, a New York Mercantile Exchange,
Inc. (“Exchange”) Licensed Warehouse for the storage and handling
of aluminum deliverable against the Exchange’s Aluminum Futures Contract,
has submitted to the Exchange the following charges for the handling and storage
of aluminum at its facilities in Owensboro, Kentucky. These charges will
become effective on August 1, 2004 and are the maximum amount of fees that will
be charged.
This rate increase was received by the Exchange prior to June 30, 2004 and therefore the effective date meets the 31-day prior notification requirement. Any rate increases to warehouse charges received by the Exchange after July 1, 2004 fall under the new policy which requires that the new charges become effective on the first calendar day of the month following a ninety day notification period. RATES AND CHARGES FOR ALUMINUM Owensboro Riverport Authority Effective: August 1, 2004 Handling Inbound per Short Ton (Includes handling, weighing and issuance of warrant):The Street Invoices prepared by the Exchange’s Clearing Department, based on the information provided by the Clearing Member, should not call for the reimbursement of the handling out charges for aluminum at any of the Exchange Licensed Warehouses for aluminum. The handling out charges have not been prepaid to the warehouse by the seller. The handling out charges are payable directly to the warehouse by the market participant at the time the aluminum is removed from the warehouse facility.
