Exchange Customer Forum
The Exchange is excited to announce the launch of a customer forum as the newest addition to our suite of customer service tools. The forum will offer registered users an opportunity to ask questions and participate in direct conversations with the Exchange customer service staff. The first topic for discussion will be the new cleared crude oil and natural gas inventory options. Other topics include; NYMEX ClearPort (sm) PRS, NYMEX ClearPort(sm) TMS, Technology at the Exchange, and ePit Card. Anyone interested in using this new interactive customer service tool may register and access the forum by visiting www.nymex.com and selecting Customer Forum from the Login dropdown box.
