NYMEX ClearPort(sm) TMS Training
In December, NYMEX ClearPortsm TMS training was postponed in response to concerns by Clerks and Members. NYMEX staff made modifications to the system based on recommendations from the Clerks. As a result, NYMEX is presenting a new version of TMS that demonstrates some of those changes. Therefore, TMS training has resumed and it is extremely important for Clerks to attend the course prior to launch Monday, January 26. Although you may have attended new TMS training in November, don't assume you fully understand the system! A new training schedule has been posted and is announced on the trading floor every day. The course is held in the Training Center on the 4th floor and offers more personalized attention. Be advised, it is the Member's responsibility to insure that your Clerk is fully prepared for the NYMEX ClearPortsm TMS launch Monday, January 26.
