Proposed Amendment to NYMEX Platinum Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers"; NYMEX Palladium Supplement No.3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" and COMEX Gold Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold."
The Exchange proposes to amend NYMEX Platinum Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers", NYMEX Palladium Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" and COMEX Gold Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" to reflect the addition of VIA MAT International (USA) Inc. as an Approved Carrier. The proposed amendments must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) before becoming effective. The Exchange membership will be notified when CFTC approval is received, and when these amendments will be implemented. Copies of the proposed amendments can be found here. Underlining indicates additions, bracketing [ ] indicates deletions.
