Amendments to NYMEX Division Rules 9.26, 9.27 and 9.34
The Exchange recently announced the launch of four new clearing-only cash-settled European-exercise “look-alike” options -- (LC) WTI Crude Oil Look-Alike Option; (LB) New York Harbor Heating Oil Look-Alike Options; (LG) New York Harbor Unleaded Gasoline Look-Alike Options; and (LN) Natural Gas Look-Alike Options (see Notice to Members No. 04-115 dated March 15, 2004). The following amendments to NYMEX Rules 9.26, 9.27 and 9.34 address position accountability levels, position limits and reportable levels for the four new options. The revised rules are effective Monday, March 22, 2004 and can be found here.
