The attached approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, “Official List of
Approved Brands and Markings” of the Aluminum Futures Contract is effective

| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity
Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement
No. 1, “Official List of Approved Brands and Markings” of the Aluminum
Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of the producer of the
aluminum T-bars branded “LAURALCO” from Aluminerie Lauralco Inc. to
Alcoa-Aluminerie de Deschambault S.E.N.C. The brand insignia “LAURALCO”
and the computer code LAUR remain unchanged.
