Effective Monday, March 15, 2004 trading in the Aluminum Futures Contract and the Aluminum Futures Options Contract will close at 1:15 PM.

| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of approved amendments to COMEX Rule 4.02(a), "Opening and Closing" which changes the closing time in the Aluminum Futures Contract and the Aluminum Futures Options Contract from 1:10 PM to 1:15 PM.
