| Exchange Presents Symposium Series On Futures & Options |

| The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. is pleased to announce its upcoming Symposium Series: "The Logical Trader 2003", an intensive trading symposium on futures and options, which will be held November 10th thru November 12th at the Embassy Suites hotel at the World Financial Center. This event, co-sponsored by MBF Clearing Corp, represents an ongoing effort to familiarize the public with the Exchange. The three-day conference will feature a variety of challenging courses, including Mark Fisher's ACD Methodology Training; Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Options taught by George Motroni; Trading e-miNYsm Futures; Risk Management and much more! Luncheon speakers will include Dennis Gartman, Publisher of "The Gartman Letter", David Nassar, President of MarketWise Trading School, and Philip Gotthelf, Publisher of The COMMODEX System.
