| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an amendment to Supplement No. 2, Licensed Depositories and Weighmasters for Silver of the Silver Futures Contract. The approved amendment adds HSBC Bank USA as a Licensed Weighmaster for Silver.
