| Shortened Hours for Trading at Settlement (TAS) in Gasoline |

| The Board of Directors voted to shorten the trading hours for TAS in the NYMEX New York Harbor Unleaded Gasoline Contract to run from 10:05 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is consistent with the TAS trading hours currently in effect for the NYMEX Heating Oil Contract. These shortened trading hours will become effective on Monday, August 11, and will continue for a trial period until September 30. |
