Approved Amendments to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Copper Futures Contract
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to amend Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendments delist the Exchange Licensed Warehouses for copper operated by Utah Commodity Storage, Inc. ("UCS") located at Buildings 1& 2, 1051 S. Industrial Parkway, Clearfield, Utah, Section E-12, 11th Street, Freeport Center, Clearfield, Utah and Building H-9, Freeport Center, Clearfield, Utah. There are no copper cathodes stored in these facilities since the copper has been relocated to UCS's Licensed Warehouse facilities in Tooele, Utah. Utah Commodity Storage, Inc. continues to operate Exchange Licensed Warehouses for copper at Building 661, 1730 West I Avenue, Tooele, Utah and Building 670, 210 N. Loadstone, Tooele, Utah The approved amendment is effective Friday, August 8, 2003.
