Ethics Training
Please be advised that effective immediately, the Exchange will no longer provide in-house Periodic Ethics Training sessions. Members may obtain their Periodic Re-certification on-line via the "Ethics Training Programs for the Futures Industry" available on the Exchange Analytics website: www.xanalytics.com or from another acceptable provider (i.e., NYBOT, CBOT, etc). To assure compliance with government mandated requirements, the Membership, Training & Development and Compliance Departments will jointly administer the Ethics Training function. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
