Damage to Exchange Equipment and Property
Please be reminded that Exchange Policies and Procedures explicitly state that any persons whether on the trading floors or in any area or location of the building who intentionally cause damage to Exchange property or equipment will be subject to severe disciplinary action, including Floor Committee fine, and will be required to make full restitution for replacement or repair for such items. Members, member firms and Clearing member firms will be held accountable for the actions and conduct of their employees and guests.
