Reminder of the Launch Dates for Monthly PJM Electricity Futures Contract
The PJM Electricity Monthly contract will be introduced on April 11th for months of June 2003 through September 2004. It will be available for open outcry trading on the Exchange floor in the daytime, and on the Exchange Electronic platform in the after-hours, as per the timing schedule below: Open-outcry trading from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; starting 4/11/03. On NYMEX ClearPortsm TRADING (CPT) from Monday through Friday, 3:15 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. of the following day. Trading resumes at 7:30 a.m. of the next day on open-outcry, as noted above. The contract will be available on CPT starting Sunday 4/13/03 from 7 p.m. onwards for the trade date of 4/14/03. On NYMEX ClearPortsm CLEARING (CPC) for clearing services only from Monday through Friday, 3:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. of the following day. On Sunday evenings, clearing services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
