International Testing Laboratories, Inc.
The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of approved amendments to the Supplements of the Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Aluminum and Copper Futures Contracts. The approved amendments delist International Testing Laboratories, Inc. in their role as an Exchange Licensed Weighmaster for the Silver, Gold, Copper and Aluminum Futures Contracts and as an Exchange Approved Assayer for the Aluminum, Copper, Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts. International Testing Laboratories, Inc. is no longer in business and is therefore unable to perform the services required by the Exchange in the role of Licensed Weighmaster and Approved Assayer. Assay certificates and Licensed Weighmaster certificates issued by International Testing Laboratories, Inc. prior to the effective date remain valid. The attached approved amendments to the appropriate Supplements of the Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminum, Platinum and Palladium Futures Contracts are effective Monday, December 22, 2003.
