Proposed Amendment to Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Copper Futures Contract
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The proposed amendment delists the Exchange Licensed Warehouse for copper operated by Dalby Moving & Storage Co., Inc. located at 401 N. Arthur Street, Amarillo, Texas. There is no copper cathode stored in this facility. Dalby Moving & Storage Co., Inc. continues to operate an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for copper at 415 North Grand Avenue, Amarillo, Texas. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective.
