Proposed Amendment to Aluminum Futures Contract Supplement No. 2 "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters"
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 2 "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" Aluminum Futures Contract by adding Cottonwood Distribution Services, Inc., 185 W. Industrial Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee as a Licensed Warehouse and Weighmaster for the storage of aluminum deliverable against the Aluminum Futures Contract. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The Exchange membership will be notified when CFTC approval is received and when this amendment will take effect. A copy of the proposed amendment is attached.
