| Exchange Announces Listing Two Additional Weeks for Weekly PJM Electricity Futures Contracts |

| The Exchange announced today that two additional weeks will be listed for the PJM Weekly contract. Currently two weeks, the spot week and the next week, are listed for trading on the PJM Weekly contracts. The next two weeks will be listed so that four consecutive weeks are listed for trading at all times. These additional weeks, August 25 — 29, 2003 and September 1 - 5, 2003, will be listed at the start of trading on NYMEX ClearPortsm the PJM Weekly contracts on Sunday, August 10, 2003 for NYMEX Trade Date Monday, August 11, 2003. |
