| 2003 Summer Dress Code Policy |

| Beginning on Tuesday, May 27, 2003 (Monday through Thursday) for the NYMEX and COMEX Division trading floors. Members and clerks wishing to wear golf shirts (collared) will be permitted on the trading floors. The wearing of a trading floor jacket will not be mandatory.
Note: Beginning Friday, May 23, 2003, and each Friday after including Thursday, July 3, 2003 the Exchange will conduct a dress down day until Labor Day; the wearing of jeans and golf shirts will be permitted. THIS SUMMER 2003 DRESS CODE POLICY WILL BE CONDUCTED UNTIL THE LABOR DAY WEEKEND, FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2003. ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE EXCHANGES DRESS CODE POLICY WILL REMAIN IN FORCE INCLUDING THE PROHIBITION OF THE WEARING OF JEANS AND T-SHIRTS. PERSONS ENTERING THE TRADING FLOOR DRESSED IMPROPERLY WILL BE STOPPED BY THE FLOOR COMMITTEE, SECURITY AND/OR STAFF AND NOTIFIED THAT THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE EXCHANGES DRESS CODE POLICIES AND FINED ACCORDINGLY. |
