As a reminder, for crude oil futures, there are no price limits for any contract month throughout the last trading day of the spot month, including with respect to the NYMEX ACCESS® session for the last trading day.

| Recently, the Exchange amended price limit rules for Exchange energy contracts, including the light, sweet, crude oil contract, which were detailed in a Notice to Members (03-111) distributed a few weeks ago.
As a reminder, for crude oil futures, there are no price limits for any contract month throughout the last trading day of the spot month, including with respect to the NYMEX ACCESS® session for the last trading day. |
