Rescheduling of NYMEX Division Futures Termination and COMEX Division Futures Termination and Options Expiration Dates
Due to the board's decision to close the Exchange for business the days after Thanksgiving and Christmas in 2003, the following expiration and termination dates have been rescheduled: November 2003 Gold, Silver, Copper, and Aluminum Futures and December 2003 Gold, Silver, Copper, and Aluminum Options Despite the decision to be closed on Friday, November 28, the expiration date for the December 2003 options contract will be retained as November 24. However, the November 2003 futures contract termination date will move back one business day and terminate on the same day as the December 2003 options. January 2004 Natural Gas, Gasoline, and Heating Oil Options Since the Exchange will be closed the day after Christmas, the expiration date on these options will move back one business day to Wednesday, December 24.
