Licensed Warehouse - Aluminum
The Exchange proposes to amend Supplement No. 2, "List of Licensed Warehouses and Weighmasters" of the Aluminum Futures Contract. The proposed amendment changes the name of Lanham River Terminal, LLC, ("Lanham") an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Aluminum, to Kinder Morgan Bulk Terminals, Inc., Owensboro Gateway Terminal. ("KMBT"). This is a result of the acquisition of Lanham by KMBT. A copy of the proposed amendment is attached. The proposed amendment must be approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") before becoming effective.
